Kontogeorgos Achilleas

Dr. Kontogeorgos is an Associate Professor specialised in “Quality Management in Agriculture” at the Department of Agriculture of the International Hellenic University located in Sindos. He holds a PhD in Agricultural Economics from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, he has studied also Economics and Management at the Mediterranean Agrοnomic Institute of Chania and Quality Assurance at the Hellenic Open University. At undergraduate level, he has studied at the Agricultural University of Athens in the Department of Agricultural Economics. Currently he teaches undergraduate and postgraduate courses on Quality Management, Agricultural Entrepreneurship and Agricultural Policy in the Department of Agriculture. He has published several research papers in international scientific journals while he has also participated in scientific conferences on the management of agricultural industries and in particular on the management of Agricultural Cooperatives which is one of his main research interests.
