Kousenidis Konstantinos

Agricultural (Animal) Scientist (Aristotle Univ. of Thessaloniki), with a PhD in Pig Production (University of Aberdeen). With a total of 25 years’ working experience, of which 17 years teaching experience at undergraduate and 9 years at postgraduate level. Has worked as a Technical Consultant for TopigsNorsvin Int (5 years). He has published 13 peer reviewed papers, 11 oral/poster presentations in National and International Scientific Conferences and over 65 articles in non-peer reviewed magazines and websites. Supervisor of numerous undergraduate and postgraduate dissertations as well as a PhD thesis. Member of the Organizing Committee of the PPS titled: ‘Innovative Systems of Sustainable Agricultural Production’ and Director of the Research Laboratory of Precision Livestock Farming and Integrated Management in Pig Production. His Research interests expand in the area of Pig Production, focusing on reproductive management and Precision Livestock Famring.
